Jay Batra - Chief Executive Officer

Jay graduated with a Computer Science degree in California and realized quickly that his interests and skills were better suited be an Entrepreneur. With some personal savings and a positive spirit, Jay started his real estate career in the state of Texas. His first hotel was a 78 Room Ramada in Mountain Home, Arkansas, a resort community. Jay’s true passion is his work and exploring new ideas with risk taking abilities.
Chuck Groger - Chief Revenue Officer

From a young age, Chuck was influenced by the service industry. With grandparents that lived in an old-fashioned amusement park, he enjoyed watching families make new memories that would last a lifetime. Chuck has held a variety of positions including Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and General Manager covering all the major brands and an independent resort. As Chief Revenue Officer, Chuck oversees all revenue areas of the company, including sales, revenue management, digital marketing, and business intelligence.
Amy Lauer - Vice President of Revenue

Amy is a revenue management professional with over 20 years’ experience in luxury, resort, independent, full service, focus service and extended stay hotels. She will oversee all revenue, digital and sales teams for our growing portfolio.
Robert Trammell - Senior Vice President of Operations

Robert oversees all property-level operations for the company and assists in developing and implementing strategies that align with our organizational goals. He focuses on employee development, training, and retention to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Karen Canterbury - Director of Human Resources

Karen is a seasoned Human Resources professional and has over 20 years of HR experience. She maintains high standards and is always looking for innovative solutions. Karen is in charge of all aspects of Human Resources as our new Director of Human Resources.
Shawn Zeiter - Director of Accounting

Shawn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Shawn brings over a decade of executive experience from JPMorgan Chase & Co. His expertise in audit management, financial reporting, tax preparation, month-end close processes, and budget and stress testing analytics will play a pivotal role in enhancing Regal Hospitality’s financial strategies. Shawn’s deep understanding of complex financial systems and his results-driven approach will help strengthen our operational efficiency and drive growth across our portfolio.
